Welcome to the 2024 Wintoree web-page!
You can find detailed information about the Wintoree in the 2024 Wintoree Guidebook. Here's a quick reference to help you get started...if you have questions, look in the Guidebook! If you can't find the answer in the Guidebook, contact the Wintoree Coordinator at wintoree.coordinator@gmail.com.
Step 1: Reserving Slots/Cots. Complete and submit the Wintoree Reservation Form along with your payment.
REGISTRATION FORM DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS: Click on the 2024 Wintoree Registration Form link below. Once the form opens up, click on the download icon in the upper right corner. Save the form on your computer and follow the instructions of the form.
Reservations will only be accepted when accompanied with payment! We honor reservations on a first come, first reserved basis and spaces are limited to the heated cabins only.
Reservations open on 11/1/23. Once the heated cabins are full, we will be accepting “day only” reservations.
Step 2: Registering & Merit Badge Selection. Once we've finalized the merit badge training list, troops will need to register so that Scouts can identify their merit badge selections. We'll notify your troop POC when registration opens...expect it'll be in early December. Troops register by submitting the Wintoree Registration/Merit Badge Selection Form. This form will be available on the website when the MB list has been finalized and registration is open.
Cost. The cost is $70 per overnight camper and $50 for day only option. All participants will receive a 2024 Wintoree beanie.
Adult Volunteers. Adults who volunteer to teach a Merit Badge or join the Kitchen Patrol do not pay an attendance fee. Please note that you're a volunteer on the registration form.
